Improved Email Archive Experience

We’re excited to announce that we will be improving our Email Archive experience. This update is expected to be available to all customers with a professional package on July 27th, 2022. No actions are required to receive this update.

What’s New?

To put it simply – everything. We’ve overhauled the entire look and feel of the Email Archive to better align with our core platform.

Searching for an email has never been easier.

The search tool is now located in the sidebar to allow quick and easy access to update and refine searches on the fly.

Custom branding and white label modes are now fully supported.

A new results table allows users to sort search results by Sender, Recipient, Subject, Date/Time or Attachment type.

Users can now copy and paste search criteria as a list or phase.

Specific mailbox search scope and discovery user dropdowns are now populated with user details making it easier to select which users you wish to include or exclude.

  1. Do I have to do anything to enable the new email archive improvements?
    • No, this update will be available to all customers automatically on 27th July 2022.
  2. When will the existing documentation be updated to reflect the new changes?
    • The updated help documentation will be made available on 27th July 2022 and can be found on the Spambrella knowledge base.
