Archive connection failing

Archive connection failing with error “There was a problem connecting to the server” when performing connection test.

This can be down to a number of factors, please check the items below and if the connection is still not successful log a support ticket and an archive engineer will assist.

  1. Firewall issue. Make sure your firewall is setup to accept connections on ports 143 and 993 from the following IP Addresses:34.192.199.2
    46.51.173.223
    50.19.242.23
    52.54.85.198
    52.55.243.18
    52.202.128.52
  2. Check the IMAP service on the exchange server is running
  3. Check IMAP Proxy is active.
