Campaign Status after Unarchiving – PSAT (Educate)
Question – When you unarchive a campaign is a campaign considered available or active again?
Answer – Unarchiving an archived campaign resets the status to the original state, e.g., Pending, Running, Completed, or Canceled.
- Campaigns that are Completed or Canceled are not considered available or active again.
- Campaigns that were archived when they were Pending AND are still prior to the Start date/time will be unarchived as Pending and are considered active. They will run when the Start date/time is met.
- Campaigns that were archived when they were Running AND are still within the Start and End date/times will be unarchived as Running and are considered active.
- Campaigns that were archived when they were Pending or Running AND are now after the End date/time will be unarchived as Completed.
