QuestionHow do I create a follow-up campaign based on how users performed in a previous campaign?

AnswerCreating a follow-up campaign allows you to quickly and easily send out a new campaign without having to view reports and manually create new groups based on actions taken in previous campaigns.

  1. Navigate to Phishing
  2. Click on New Campaign
  3. Select the type of Campaign you wish to create
  4. Follow normal creation process for Drive By, Data Entry, Classic Attachment or Attachment campaigns except:
    1. Check the Send to users from a completed campaign box in the Campaign Users section
    2. Remove any unwanted actions from the User Group
    3. The summary row will confirm the number of users to whom the new campaign will be sent.
