Adding AD Functional Accounts Manually

Registering Functional Accounts Manually

  • While logged into the user interface, navigate to the Users & Groups > click on Functional Accounts tab.
  • Click on Add a Functional Account button.
  • Enter the Name.
  • Enter the Email address.
  • Select the Account type (Security Group/Distribution Group)
  • Click Save.

Note: Functional accounts can also be added automatically through our Active Directory Sync option.
